1. Scope

This policy explains what information LotLogic LLC ("LotLogic," "we," "us") collects when you use our parking enforcement platform, resident and visitor registration portals, and SMS dispatch service, and how we handle that information.

2. Information we collect

Account information for property managers and enforcement partners: name, company, email, phone, and authentication credentials.
Vehicle and registration data entered by residents and visitors: license plate, vehicle type, host unit, validity window, and optional ID photo.
Automated plate reads captured by our ALPR cameras at contracted properties: plate text, timestamp, confidence score, and image snapshot.
SMS recipient numbers provided by contracted towing partners for dispatch alerts.
Service logs: IP address, request metadata, and error diagnostics needed to operate the service.

3. How we use information

To match detected license plates against registered residents and visitor passes and decide whether to dispatch enforcement.
To send transactional SMS or MMS alerts to contracted towing partners so they can service verified violations.
To provide property managers with dashboards for their contracted property only.
To diagnose, secure, and improve the service.

4. SMS / text message data

Phone numbers used for SMS dispatch are provided directly by contracted enforcement partners under a signed service agreement. We do not share SMS data or mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS recipient consent and mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the dispatch alerts described in our terms.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service: with hosting and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Railway), with the SMS carrier (Twilio) for delivery, and with the specific property or enforcement partner the data pertains to. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

6. Retention

We retain plate events and violation records for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet legal or contractual obligations with the property owner. Account records are retained while the account is active and deleted on request after termination, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use Row-Level Security, JWT-based access control, encrypted transport (TLS), and restricted service credentials. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of material breaches as required by law.

8. Your choices

Access or deletion: contact us to request a copy of or deletion of your data.
SMS opt-out: towing partners can reply STOP to any dispatch SMS at any time to be removed.
Help: reply HELP to an SMS, or email us, for support.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
