By using the LotLogic platform ("Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by LotLogic LLC, Charlotte, NC.
Property managers and enforcement partners use credentialed accounts to access their own data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.
You may not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content, or to attempt to access data belonging to other accounts.
Program name: LotLogic Tow Dispatch.
Description: LotLogic sends transactional SMS/MMS dispatch alerts to contracted towing enforcement partners when our ALPR cameras detect unauthorized parking at a property they service. Messages contain the property name and address, license plate, timestamp, vehicle photo, and any applicable pass history.
Opt-in: Enforcement partners provide their mobile number and consent to receive dispatch alerts as part of a signed service agreement with LotLogic. No public or consumer sign-up.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is driven by real-time violations at the properties you service. Typical range is 0-10 messages per day per recipient.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

HELP — Reply HELP to any LotLogic message to receive support contact information.
STOP — Reply STOP to any LotLogic message to opt out of dispatch alerts. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. To resume, notify LotLogic in writing.
Platform fees are set in the service agreement with each property or partner. Message and data rates are set by your mobile carrier and are not charged by LotLogic.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. LotLogic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Dispatch decisions remain the responsibility of the contracted enforcement partner.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
